Please arrive with clean eyes – without eye makeup or mascara.
Inform your lash artist in advance about any allergies or sensitivities.
Please remove your contact lenses before your appointment and bring a case and contact lens solution for storage.
Each lash set is individually tailored to you.
We design your lashes to suit your eye shape, face shape, and lifestyle – no standard solutions.
Please allow sufficient time. Depending on the chosen lash look, the appointment can last up to 2.5 hours.

Lash Refill Policy

The refill is designed to restore symmetry, density, and a well-groomed appearance to your lashes.
Appointments after more than 4 weeks are considered a full new set and will be charged accordingly.
A refill is only possible if at least 40% of the lash extensions remain.

Complaints & Corrections

Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you be dissatisfied with your results or experience an unusually high number of lashes falling out within the first 72 hours after your appointment, please contact us immediately. After examination, we may offer a complimentary touch-up appointment. Refunds for services already rendered are not possible. Please note that we are not liable for premature lash loss caused by improper aftercare, the use of oil-based products, vigorous eye rubbing, sauna or swimming pool visits within the first 24 hours, or other external factors. Complaints & Touch-Ups: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your lash extensions or experience excessive lash loss within the first 72 hours after your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. After assessing the situation, we may offer a complimentary touch-up appointment where appropriate. Refunds are not provided for services already performed.
